Work Culture: Work Culture is very dynamic and engaging. The company is growing exponentially and will be huge in the ladies fashion sector in a few years. They try to employ the latest business and tech ideas and softwares and there is always space for employees to bring in new ideas. The management people have good networks everywhere and can know about the best practices going on in the industry. As a result, we can learn a lot of new things. The other employees are dedicated and motivated. The company recruits the best qualified people for the specified job. Employees have flexibility to work as per their ideas also with guidance from the managers. Remuneration: Remuneration is fair as per employee aptitude and skill. If you are a good performer, they give increments even before the scheduled revision time. They also give incentives to monthly best employees. Nobody followed professional ethics. Company's top level management doesn't care about the growth of the company and fooling the owner. however, whenever they receive any bad review they will push all the blame towards lower level employee to protect themselves. This company exploits the employees and is biased towards their own caste people. Most of the employees working here are their relatives and even a 17 year old 12th grade kid will be your boss for being a relative and if at all an outsider is joining this company this company then he/she will get tortured and they push all the work to him/her. Only one naive person should work and die and others get benefited for various reasons. Also, Most of the good reviews about the company are Fake and put by themselves and other relatives. The owner of the company doesn't have any idea about the politics which is going on and their employee's behavior towards the company. No growth, No respect for the ones who actually work, poor work culture, more work pays less, distribution of work is based on Caste, Poor Management, No professionalism, Very bad company to work with.
