Pros
The resources of FedEx. The company gives you every benefit and perk you need to do your job. The FedEx name goes a long way in gaining respect.
Cons
They have no idea how to manage their sales coverage model. They have laid off the sales force twice in 3 years. The layoffs were not based on merit at all. It was basically a game of musical chairs based on where your territory was located.
