Pros

Fedex Office as a company is real stable, this company is not leaving any time soon. Advancement in this company is fairly easy as long as you do your work.

Cons

I received 3 promotions in about 2 years but the raises are crap. When I got promoted to assistant manager I got a 10 percent raised after putting up a fight. The company changed their bonus requirements in a way that is nearly impossible to get. I work at one of the top centers in the district and region but getting paid less than most assistant managers. Oh well it looks good on my resume

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
