      Great technology, make some real quality products, and has some extremely knowledgeable people in the business.

      Cons

      Complex and very inefficient organisation. Huge level of politics, some people actively work against you. Same management team for years and years in Australia. Challenging culture; potential to turn toxic if not handled right.

      The New York office is busy on core days when people are in office. Everyone is friendly and intelligent. Work is impactful and you work regularly with people around the globe.
