Pros
Great company with customer-centered culture. Great benefit package, and depending on your role, you may have flexible schedule or the ability to work some of your shifts from home as an option. Great at helping employees earn licenses, certifications, and business related degrees.
Cons
They tend to compensate employees below the average for the industry and hope that the benefits are enough to keep employees around. If not, they seem to prefer hiring and training new employees to paying current employees more in an effort to retain them.
