Don't stick around more than you need to. Learn the trade and move on to a company who appreciates your dedication and rewards and recognizes it.
Cons
Management lives in Disneyland, management has no idea of day to day processes, even most lower level managers. No work life balance. Pay is stuck in 1995, they preach one thing but really expect another. It's a militant culture, and if you don't fake a smile every second of the day you will not succeed. Also, you are stack ranked against your peers. So, if the lowest score is you at 97.8 and the highest score is 97.9. You will receive a NEEDS IMPROVEMENT or INCONSISTENT PERFORMANCE. Seriously? Down to the decimal?
