Pros
Fidelity's very conservative nature has paid off with an impecable reputation. It is a privately held firm that has been around for sixty years. One of the best reasons to work there are the great co-workers. Many smart, talented, and loyal employees. Fidelity boasts excellent benefits. Very generous match/profit sharing. The pension program has been replaced with retirement health account. I also value the great education on the industry that I have learned over the years.

Constant change of priorities. Tremendous lack of support.
