- Many bully co-workers (too immature) - Some co-workers' task is to BULLY OTHER PEOPLE and just CHAT all the time - Some people bully you just because you're doing your job - Everything will be an issue, toxic people (Haven't I stressed this enough? I've been to a lot of companies and just here in Filam that I encountered such immature people, lots of them) - SSS late payment so the employees cannot apply for any loan - Not Enough PTO - Low salary, low increase - Some managers are immature and have favoritism - YES YES YES to client
