The good, smart, hardworking people are broken, disregarded, and unappreciated. This is why they all end up leaving. It’s all about if you are liked and how much tush you kiss. If you offer any ideas of change, or step on the wrong toe, you go on the do not help list. The CIO is a bully who runs around like a mad man dictating his wants and needs and when he is rebuffed, he cries and stomps his feet then refuses to lend a helpful hand even at the detriment of the company. The CEO, a nice guy, but content in his position, and unwilling to take the company out of the dark ages. Things have been great for 30 years, why bother to change. Well, it’s 2018, and you are bleeding your good people dry and encouraging the bottoms feeders to flourish and hold back the companies potential. HR is a joke, basically there to pat the heads of the snotty big wigs and tell them what a good boy or girl they are for not messing on the floor. They really need to get a backbone along with the mousy Chief Medical Director and stop the madness. Management need to stop being backstabbing, cut throat, and narrow minded. Things work better when you support each other instead of rolling the bus over already lifeless bodies. This place needs an overhaul starting from the very top. The foundation is cracked and the house is sinking and is need of restoration before the whole company falls into the abyss of fiery H.E double hockey sticks!
