Pros
The work was very interesting, the people are very smart and the pay is good. Some the middle management is really great to work with.
Cons
Sometimes it was hard to find a business model and product line that resonated with the market. This could lead to a lot of products that guilt build that go underused. There is a great team in Gurgaon, India and you need to carve a few to a lot of hours in the evenings during the work week to make sure you are in sync with them.
