      1) super friendly leadership 2) start up , so first hand experience on company growth and structure 3)company philosophy is amazing, their products are popular and you would get to see, the value of your input

      Cons

      1) tight work schedule, even though a great work life balance sometimes it can get a bit hectic

      Pros

      Lots of perks and benefits, free devices and discounts for friends and family. Loved the old office, the one moved to, and the one after it near the salesforce tower.

      Cons

      Let’s us get bought out and gutted. Was with the team for 7 years and due for a promotion that would have put me salary, but we had a hiring freeze that lasted a year then put on a retention plan.
