Oppressive environment, overbearing management, sick and twisted little games being played with employees, lies given out like candy makes for an overall toxic environment. When you read articles about how companies should treat employees, Flex Fleet makes an effort to do the exact opposite. In house fighting of upper management is like watching teenage girls fight over a guy. You may think it would be fun at first, but the drama hits home all too soon when you are the one they are fighting over. Run, don’t walk from this company.
