Pros

Really, really difficult to give a pro. I was free to eat lunch away from the office every day.

Cons

There is nothing (including getting paid, very badly) that can entice you to work here. Oppressive environment, overbearing management, sick and twisted little games being played with employees, lies given out like candy makes for an overall toxic environment. When you read articles about how companies should treat employees, Flex Fleet makes an effort to do the exact opposite. In house fighting of upper management is like watching teenage girls fight over a guy. You may think it would be fun at first, but the drama hits home all too soon when you are the one they are fighting over. Run, don’t walk from this company.

Pros

Learned what type of people I don't like working for.

Cons

Let's start with promises made but never completed (stock options, bonuses, raises, company vehicles) all of which were never fulfilled or were taken away shortly after. Upper management has no idea how to be in the rental business let alone the car business. Entitled VP's that overreach and have no idea of what they are doing but still demand those that know what they are doing follow or loose their job. They come up with any excuse under the sun to "eliminate positions" I left on my own as I could see the sinking ship that is called SS Flex Fleet Rental. Do yourself a favor and stay away, you can thank me later.

On Behalf of the CEO: We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to learn of your experience, as it is not the norm at Flex Fleet Rental. We have consistently given generous employee bonuses and raises that are above market and industry standards. Both management and the investor group believe our results and history are evident of our knowledge and expertise in the rental business. For example, we have experienced average annual growth in our fleet of 40% since 2015. Our average annual growth in on rent vehicles has been 65% since 2015. Our average annual revenue growth has been 44% since 2015 and our average annual growth in EBITDA has been 58%. We have also improved overall utilization of the fleet by 20+ percentage points and find ourselves meeting industry standards. Lastly, we are a profitable company and forecast continued impressive growth statistics, like those previously outlined.

Pros

There is absolutely nothing here that is a pro

Cons

Cutthroat senior managers that don’t care about anybody but themselves. Big picture thinkers that are so narrow minded it would blow you away. No sense of job security as people are constantly being fired for no reason other than they don’t ‘fit in’ There are also entitled investors that act like this is their personal dumping ground. Executive managers are nothing more than grown children that just like to gossip about employees disabilities or weight problems with buck-toothed wonder boy.
