      Plenty of free time for yourself

      Cons

      Immense politics in the workplace, and has a number of people buttering up the boss, and getting promotions and bonuses readily. Hardly any development work.

      My team is great and I really like the work environment. Expectations were also clear for me as a new hire.

      Onboarding was fairly slow, but that was communicated to me beforehand.
