Good learning of Finance but comes with worst management

Pros
If you are new to finance domain and want to learn about it this will be a good opportunity to learn n explore. Also lunch on fridays (most of the time breakfast items which they consider as lunch) will be bit exciting for those who can have one day off from preparing their tiffin.
Cons
After a period of time work will be repeatative, non productive and nothing new to learn. Worst Management as company policies are nowhere stated or documented so it will vary for each and every employee depending upon your personal relations with HRs. The moment you resign from the company, HR will start hating you and will treat you like enemy😄 so small advice for those who are willing to join the company “Don’t ever mess with HR”
