Pros
Work environment is friendly and supportive. If you are enthusiastic then you will get the opportunity to learn a lot and grow. Some people get stuck with repetitive work for a long time, my advice is to talk to the management , you will be listened for sure ! Unlike most of the companies, you have a voice here:)
Cons
Some projects are not well planned which results in aggressive deadlines and lot of pressure from client.
