Good company for freshers. Freshers can start and build an understanding for Products based on Financial Markets. Good pay scale for the deserving employees.
Cons
There is lack of vision and strategy within management group of the company. Lack of vision within HR group. HR tend to micro manage things. Not an employee centric company.
