- Very low pay (way below market standards - Work is extremely demanding - make you do a lot of things over and above your actual job - projects, engagement initiatives (all tied to you goals so you have no way out) - No appraisals and very low transparency around salary bands - Very common (random) layoffs - this is a bit weird because it's not tied to performance - or less work - or that the company is in a bad shape. It's done very slyly without any heads up to the folks being let go. I think it's to balance out revenue numbers, but everyone almost is highly anxious of being kicked out randomly.
