Pros
The only pros i could highlight here is the office environment/interiors is maintained good. nothing else
Cons
very biased management. The higher management is static, chances of promotion are ZERO. No matter how hard to work, they never recognize. Incentives & hikes are just eye wash. if you have a second option in career, Pls go ahead with that.
