      Pros

      Great company with great benefits. If you are able to learn the system you can do great and move up within the company.

      Cons

      Mis communication, poor planning. Needs to stragety better with planning on work loads within the manufacturing plants to be more effient on the plant.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
