IGNITE Program Review - Project Engineer Flowserve Employee Review

IT is really bad. It takes weeks to get the right permissions and software in order to properly do your job. In the IGNITE program, you're moving around a lot and switching sites, which means every rotation, there's a buffer period waiting for IT to do everything they need to. I also feel like we could have more time off. Two weeks for a whole year isn't a whole lot.
