Pros

Safety is the top priority. It is clear that Flowserve wants to see the employees go home safe everyday. It is easy to take time off when you need it. A lot of opportunities to move around the company.

Cons

With a high priority on safety, there are a lot of meetings and trainings that you have to attend. This can Interrupt the work flow.

Great culture and exciting goals.

Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
