      Decent insurance. Bonuses every year depending on how well we do.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive IMO. in 3 years I have barely made a $1 raise total and I work just as much or if not more then anyone else 100+ hrs every pay period

      Great culture and exciting goals.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
