Pros

Great place to learn products, industries, and markets. Certain roles/career paths will lead to multiple growth opportunities inside/outside the company.

Cons

Many policies are not pragmatic and only makes it harder to operate. A lot of organization decisions are pushed through on recklessly aggressive timelines(vacation policy changes, early retirement packages, site closures).

Cons

Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

A lot of good people working here.

Cons

Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
