      Pros

      Relaxed environment most of the time with a somewhat family vibe. Free food until it runs out half way through the week. Free parking but limited spaces.

      Cons

      No progression at all unless someone above you leaves the company. Salary increases are almost unheard of and only happen if you ask. Big ego from some account managers and creatives/ devs are abused for their skills as much as possible.

      Pros

      Colleagues are friendly (on operations side) Feels friendly and exciting when you start, and feels like a great place to start a career, so a good place to decompress after comparatively toxic places

      Cons

      Pay is universally poor but especially so for operations No (realistic) opportunities for career advancement or pay rises Repeated toxic workplace stories on commercial side
