      Small, good benefits, profit sharing, safe place to work, stable

      Cons

      Everyone is scared of the general manager. Opposing viewpoints aren't tolerated. Human resources is controlled by the general manager. Wabash, IN is hands off in Pell City. People don't really work as a team, but to impress the general manager or stay out of trouble.

      Stable, community minded, meaningful work. Great people and culture. Fair pay and awesome perks (Health Club, onsite clinic, onsite credit union).
