This place is cancer. An extremely close minded, scared, and restrictive culture. Company sells a product that has remained unchanged for fifty years and promotes it like it is the latest technology...... it is not. Very few competitors in the market and the company takes advantage of this. Sales department is clueless and bases promotions on the good ol' boy network and church attendance. If you are looking to advance in your career and be part of a dynamic company, DO NOT come to Ford. Dreams die in Wabash...

Small, good benefits, profit sharing, safe place to work, stable

Cons

Everyone is scared of the general manager. Opposing viewpoints aren't tolerated. Human resources is controlled by the general manager. Wabash, IN is hands off in Pell City. People don't really work as a team, but to impress the general manager or stay out of trouble.
