Pros
The company is known globally (maybe not for the best reasons) You can buy vacation but lose it if they fire you
Cons
RRSP match takes 5 years to vest and they charge you income tax per year on it even though you can't use the money. 100% dental coverage using a 15 year old rate card effectively means 50% coverage at today's expenses. 100% employer paid plan with no paramedical or vision support. Basically they only pay if you are in hospital.
