Pros
Nice supervisor, good working environment and culture.Good growth opportunities except for foreigners Very comfortable working, no high pressure. Great personnel.
Cons
Big company problem, slow reaction, low efficient meeting. Engineers only master the very narrow fields' knowledge. If you want to get answers to your questions, you need to ask at least 3 people. Bad communication. Sometimes If you don't cc the engineers' boss when you ask a question by email, you'll never get reply.
