Pros
You will receive good pay and benefits.
Cons
Long hours switching shifts constantly every 3 months. Covering others on cross shifts and weekends mandatory overtime either you will start extremely early in the morning or end extremely early the next morning. Regardless of the times you agree to the overtime if you don’t except every hour they ask of you, you will be labeled as not being a team player who never comes to work even though that’s not your shift or responsibility. As in a lot of companies they have favorites and move the preferred people regardless of talent into better positions. Absolutely no work life balance. Only stress and sleeplessness. This position isn’t for most definitely not for those with young children you rarely see them or participate in most of there events. Management is extremely biased and many still haven’t shaken that old disrespectful attitude.
