Pros

Helping to develop a starting and growing company while gaining knowledge and experience about clothing retail. If you are willing to put in the time and work you can go far with this company. They do expect a lot out of their managers but the freedom to explore and expand within the company is as equal as that expectation.

Cons

The pay and benefits could be better. Some structural and organizational changes would help operations run more smoothly. Most stores need a co and store manager to operate efficiently.

Pros

Made great relationships with fellow employees, in and out of the work place. Flexible hours and great discounts on clothing.

Cons

Store management is terrible. No training what so ever given to "co-managers". Manager picks favorites, other employees go un noticed. Pay is horrible for key holders at only $10.00 and expected to do as much or more as a manager. Corporate is horrible, area manager walks in the store and does all in his power to ignore you when he walks in the store after you kindly greet him, no matter how many times he sees you. What kind of company would have a corporate system implemented like this? Disciplinary actions are uncalled for. Write ups for calling off, then asked to find someone to cover your shift, forgetting to send an email or not confirming an email ends in a write up. For a couple of months, stores were being closed and we never knew if we were going to lose our jobs, rumors of distribution center being closed, website down for months but when asked corporate says everything is fine. Why hide pertinent information from your employees? Should we look for new jobs? Never have I felt so unimportant working for a company in all my years of experience.
