      Pros

      You get a 40% discount. That's all. Oh, you learn to be tolerant. Tolerant of being mistreated, overworked, and disrespected.

      Cons

      Worse than Forever21 in the aspect that in that, although it is not as bad of a slave ship, it is extremely Korean based. In order to succeed, you need to be one thing, and one thing only..that is KOREAN. If you're Korean, anything you do wrong is overlooked and everything else you get praised for. If you are anything other than Korean, you are doing something wrong, will get in blamed for it, and HR does not care because...well THEY ARE ALL KOREAN TOO! HR will do nothing for you to solve problems. I'm surprised this company has not been majorly sued yet. Please save yourself from the low pay, bad treatment unless you are Korean. Oh by the way, want to work in corporate? Maybe be a buyer? Are you Korean? If so, please apply.

      Pros

      Helping to develop a starting and growing company while gaining knowledge and experience about clothing retail. If you are willing to put in the time and work you can go far with this company. They do expect a lot out of their managers but the freedom to explore and expand within the company is as equal as that expectation.

      Cons

      The pay and benefits could be better. Some structural and organizational changes would help operations run more smoothly. Most stores need a co and store manager to operate efficiently.
