Pros
Good coworkers. They are hard-workers, and I've developed a decent friend or 2 out of it. I guess that is what happens when you sacrifice your life, family, and any relationships you had for a 60 hr + work week and 34k.
Cons
Everything. Management, training, structure, morals, organization is all a complete mess. Company claims to be 1 of the top 3 fastest growing companies in the industry, but hasn't increased revenue in years. It's sad to see more kids fall into the same trap year after year. Hopefully things begin to change, but from what I heard from the people who warned me about this job I don't see it happening any time soon. The "owner" of the company is a blabbering mess. From what I hear, he only shows up in the home office 2 times a week max. When he would come to the satellite locations he expected us to worship the ground that he walks on. There is zero professionalism, no appreciation for what you do, you get paid dirt and are expected to be so thankful for the 'great' opportunity you are getting. I could go on and on here, but it is really not worth my time. I just really don't want others to fall into the same trap so many others, including myself did. Stay clear, don't ruin your life.
