      Pros

      I have been with Fortitude for 5 years and the internal growth opportunity is like none other. The leadership puts a heavy emphasis around professional growth and development rather than hitting quotas and numbers. Could not have asked for a better opportunity out of college!

      Could use some more snacks in the office.
