The communication from the recruiting team was outstanding throughout the entire hiring process. A special shout-out to the Director of Business Operations, who was always approachable, responsive, and willing to answer any questions or address any concerns promptly. Their professionalism made the onboarding experience smooth and stress-free. The hiring process was quick and efficient, with clear communication at every step. The payroll system is also straightforward, reliable, and easy to use, making timesheet submission and payments hassle-free. Overall, it has been a positive experience working with this contract hiring company. Their transparency, accessibility, and efficient processes make them a great partner for contract professionals.

The only area that could use improvement is the health insurance benefits, as they could be more comprehensive and offer better coverage. Other than that, I have not encountered any significant issues during my time with the company.

The facilitation of communication between myself and the hiring manager could not have gone any smoother. I was also placed in the perfect postition at an amazing company. This was my first time working in the office in 4 years. I figured it would have been an adjustment, but the fact that Fortitude was so competent at hiring and position selection, it was a seamless transition. I look forward to going into the office. I also enjoy the periodic check ins from Garlin and team about my progress and all feedback from the hiring manager and the company. This has by far been the best hiring and work experience I have had in my entire career.
