Pros
Good young teams, socialable, good exam time off
Cons
A lot of the managers should not be managers, it’s probably as simple as that. They have been selected because partners like them and not on technical ability. Some of the partners are strange and you cannot speak to them. The management team will never take accountability for their actions, and will work to protect themselves and do not care about the younger members of the team. This is an issue across the offices as I heard of a horrible incident in one of the Scotland offices where a manager acted in a completely inappropriate way towards a school leaver (from our office) at a Christmas party (yes in that way) and was later given a promotion by the partner of that team. Actions like this help them lose credibility quickly.
