Blurred lines - Supervsior Forvis Mazars Group Employee Review

There is somewhat support from senior managers and managers but the role becomes extremely blurred between supervisor and a trainee. A lot of the time you are expected to pickup the slack of trainees and undercharge the time taken to fix other people’s work. Environment can be quite toxic with managers rude, aggressive, no respect for boundaries etc.
