      Mazars is a great company. Not the same size as a big 4, but there are great opportunities if you want to build your career.

      Cons

      Too much politics that do not encourage young millennials to work at Mazars. Some older auditors tend to provide unjustified reviews to junior auditors they feel have better skills.
