9yWe are very sorry that your experience with us was not successful. As you mentioned, we pride ourselves on the mentoring provided by seasoned staff as well as helping employees achieve good work-life integration, particularly during busy season. We also prioritize resource allocation and expend a lot of time, energy, and effort in the process. In this regard we endeavor to maximize both the needs and interests of the employee as well as those of the company. Our company places a great deal of emphasis on timely and consistent feedback in order to meet our employees’ career objectives. In fact, we have recently delivered firm-wide training on the topic of “Delivering and Receiving Transformative Feedback”. Again, we regret that this was not your experience but we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors
