Pros
The majority of staff are really friendly and lovely to work with. They have social events and the pay is decent.
Cons
Management is awful. There is no support or guidance, you are expected to figure it our for yourself and do not receive any praise or recognition. Managers work from home for over two weeks and rarely come into the office. HR is disgraceful. They would rather get rid of you than deal with bad managers
