Atmosphere and work life balance Managers meet regularly and plan work sometimes 2/3 months in advance CSR was strong Lots of events

Communication to staff IT systems would be occasionally slow( this was more frequent a year ago, but has improved) Rationalized HR and Admin- making most staff redundant Students had to undertake self study for most courses for their exams
