Pros
The culture in Mazars is very flat. The seniors who I have worked with are often very willing to help and give advice. Very good side benefits as well.
Cons
Engagement bookings are often changed last minute. Leave applications are often left hanging, making it hard to plan for travel (there is no off peak in Mazars).
