Excellent atmosphere inside, experienced and kind senior management; Qualified, smart team colleagues; Very professional clients; Junior had many opportunities to take responsability independently.
Cons
Majority of staffs had overseas education background, company had efficient teams and high satisfaction from clients; in another side, the firm had unsufficient compensations or promotions encouragement for their staffs as the business scale was not expanded sufficiently in time
