Cons
No work life balance.
Pay on way lower end of scale for the amount of work.
Frequent lay offs.
Top management being disconnected from rest of the company.
No big picture view.
An HR team that are friends outside of work causing conflicts of interest, gross tactics to gain info to use later. Juming to conclusions, tell confidental info to one another in a non-appropriate manner, and those who don't need to know that info.
Age discrimination, and just not equipped to handle anything but a super structured office setting.
