Pros
The best aspects of working at Fractl to me are advancement opportunities, schedule flexibility (20 work-from-home days a year!), a fun office environment, good management, and interesting work. No two days are ever the same here, since the work we produce is so diverse. Fractl is a great place to work if you're eager, motivated, innovative, and can take constructive criticism well.
Cons
Fractl is very fast-paced and there can be a big learning curve for new employees. When somebody starts, they have to go above and beyond to just get the job done. Employees also have to be self-starters as there's not a ton of hand-holding.
