As a fairly young organization, many of our staff members lack significant work experience which sometimes results in confusing processes.

They truly care about the teams and work-life balance, as well as actively being anti-racist and anti-oppressive -- even if it costs them customers and partners. They were remote-first before Covid and know how to do virtual office culture (and care enough to regularly improve).

This is not a data, process, or revenue-driven culture, so it's difficult for the organization to grow -- which makes it difficult to see any possibility of upward mobility. It's a small organization which makes it even more challenging. The organization is focused on "the now" which stagnates its ability to grow and support more artists and creatives in the future.
