Pros

Fun. Like family. Free alcohol.

Cons

Small company. They don’t have to follow guidelines set forth by the government to protect employees and they take advantage of it. If you don’t like to party, it’s not the place for you. Once you stop partying with them, management turns on you and bullies you. Franfund went from my dream job to a nightmare, overnight.

Pros

Passionate, mission-driven team that truly believes in the product. Strong people-first culture with leadership focused on doing right by employees and customers. Continuous improvement mindset — always looking for smarter, better ways to operate. High trust and autonomy with real ownership of work. Collaborative environment with shared accountability for client outcomes. Transparent leadership that listens and acts on feedback.

Cons

Fast-paced environment that may not be the right fit for people who prefer rigid structure or slower decision-making. High expectations and accountability — rewarding, but not a “coast” culture. Ongoing growth means processes continue to evolve, which can feel like change-in-motion at times. Team is highly driven, so work can be intense during peak periods

Pros

The only pros for me were my coworkers. They made the day to day bearable.

Cons

I saw the following comments from the most recent review and it’s quite obvious this was written by leadership as it could not be further from my or my coworkers experience: “ High trust and autonomy with real ownership of work. Transparent leadership that listens and acts on feedback.” My experience was that the leadership style did not grow with the company. They want to continue to run the company as if it’s 14 employees, not 60. This leads to a different set of rules for each person, absolutely no organization or standard of procedures, constantly going back and forth on what is wanted, etc. The comments in the previous review are quite funny to me as I experienced very little autonomy in my role (as did my teammates) and feedback was completely ignored. Leadership would *say* they would implement changes but the action never followed. I felt undervalued, overworked, and there was no room for growth.
