The overall system feels structured for employees to fail — expectations shift frequently, processes lack support, and mistakes are noticed far more than successes.
Despite being a small company, it doesn’t embody a “family” culture; collaboration feels performative rather than genuine.
The company remains small not by design, but because it limits its own potential through poor leadership and resistance to self-reflection.
It’s unfortunate, because with the right leadership mindset, this could truly be an exceptional place to work.
