Pros

Fun. Like family. Free alcohol.

Cons

Small company. They don’t have to follow guidelines set forth by the government to protect employees and they take advantage of it. If you don’t like to party, it’s not the place for you. Once you stop partying with them, management turns on you and bullies you. Franfund went from my dream job to a nightmare, overnight.

Pros

The day-to-day employees who work here are great. The benefits are decent for a small company

Cons

Managers play favorites. You will be overworked and burned out. There is very little room for growth (despite what was shared in the interview process). Managers are quick to dismiss any negative feedback about the company, resulting in little change,

Pros

There’s employment to be had — if you need a job, you’ll have one. There are some genuinely fun and kind people in the office who try to make the best of the environment despite the issues that persist.

Cons

The most plateaued I’ve ever felt in my career, and one of the most toxic/ “watch your back” atmospheres I’ve seen in a workplace. Very limited growth opportunities — career paths feel capped regardless of effort, talent, or initiative. A toxic culture that starts at the top; leadership often sets the tone through fear and ego rather than example or integrity. High turnover across nearly every department, which makes it difficult to build consistency or trust. The overall system feels structured for employees to fail — expectations shift frequently, processes lack support, and mistakes are noticed far more than successes. Despite being a small company, it doesn’t embody a “family” culture; collaboration feels performative rather than genuine. The company remains small not by design, but because it limits its own potential through poor leadership and resistance to self-reflection. It’s unfortunate, because with the right leadership mindset, this could truly be an exceptional place to work.
