The pay was not great.

The team members in branch are great people. The branch manager and coworkers I had at my branch were the only pro to this job

Policy taught in orientation will not be adhered to in branch. They will teach you one thing in orientation then penalize you in internal audits in a way that directly contradicts their written policy and new employee training. They will tell you in new employee training that you don’t have to tolerate verbal abuse and to reach out to security to document it, then imply you’re the problem when you document it. Middle managers talk down to front line staff. I’m honestly relieved I had another opportunity presented to me that pays more. The culture here will make you miserable if you stay long term.
