None of your issues will be resolved. Any promises made after raising an issue will never be kept. Leads have no idea how to execute tasks and manage teams. Micromanagement in everything. No career growth. One of the co-founders has absolutely no manners and talks as if we are his slaves. He will come in, yell at you, and say demeaning and hurtful things because things are not happening in the EXACT way he wants.
